The Struggle Is Real (Group 1)

This New Vision Discipleship Class is designed for all women.

Life is never as easy as we want it to be. Car tires blow out. Work piles up. Kids throw tantrums. It’s a struggle. But should it be? We often believe that when we follow Jesus, life should get easier. And when it doesn’t we tell ourselves we’re failing or stuck or abandoned by God. But it’s simply not true.

In this 6-part series, Nicole Unice explores why life’s a struggle and what to do about it. With God as the hero of the story, a hard day has new meaning. We can find joy in him instead of feeling stuck. And our lives can be defined by redemption instead of struggle.

Play the Man

This New Vision Discipleship is designed for men ages 13 and older.

In the church today, many men find themselves confused about what it actually means to be a man. Our culture does little to help. The result is a generation of men who struggle to embrace their responsibilities, roles, and the purpose for which God created them.

In this series, Mark Batterson, highlights seven virtues of manhood to offer clear insight into what it means to be a faithful man of God. Keying in on the story of the martyr Polycarp, Mark teaches through engaging stories to inspire men towards biblical discipleship that can transform the generations to come. Each lesson provides practical truths for immediate application so that men everywhere can be the brothers, husbands, fathers, and leaders God created them to be.

Identity

This New Vision Discipleship Class is designed for men and women ages 13 - 25.

Our world values being unique. So much so, that we end up looking the same as we try to be different. But we aren't a number. We aren't our clothes, our relationships or our accomplishments. In Christ we are much more.

In these four thought-provoking youth Bible study sessions, Eric Mason compares the message the world constantly tells teens about their identity with the truths found in Scripture. The world tells us it's all about how you look, what you have, what you do, and whom you are connected to. But Scripture teaches that while those things can be important, they do not constitute who you are. As followers of Jesus Christ, our identity is found in Him.

With biblical teaching and real-life stories, this series will help students ground their identity in Christ and live boldly as children of God and heirs of heaven.

Four sessions:

Session 2 – Choices
Session 3 – Relationships
Session 4 – Accomplishments

360 Leadership

This New Vision Discipleship is designed for men and women ages 13 and older.

What's the number one question leadership expert John C. Maxwell is asked while conducting his leadership conference? "How can I implement what you teach when I'm not the top leader?"

Is it possible to lead well when you're not the top dog? How about if the person you work for is a bad leader? The answer is a resounding yes!

Welcome to The 360 Degree Leader. People who desire to lead from the middle of organizations face unique challenges. And they are often held back by myths that prevent them from developing their influence. Dr. Maxwell, one of the globe's most trusted leadership mentors, debunks the myth, shows you how to overcome the challenges, and teaches you the skills you need to become a 360 degree leader.

If you have found yourself trying to lead from the middle of the organization, as the vast majority of professionals do, then you need Maxwell's insights. You have a unique opportunity to exercise influence in all directions-up (to the boss), across (among your peers), and down (to those you lead).

The good news is that your influence is greater than you know. Practice the disciplines of 360 degree leadership and the opportunities will be endless...for your organization, for your career, and for your life.
